So I don't have a TON of information about the 1964 Mobile Scout I bought. And other than the two dark exterior and two even darker interior photos that were on the Craigslist post, I don't have any images of the trailer. The owner said it has a shower, but not a toilet? Is that normal or maybe something that was added or previously renovated? I've never heard of just a shower without toilet. He said he thinks it's 17' and it's single axle. So I'm curious about the interiors of the Scouts as compared to other trailers. I have a Shasta so that's all I'm used to seeing, though I'd assume they're fairly similar?

haha, well, I watched a few of them, but the video is just of him talking about it. No real pictures or scanning/panning of inside the trailer. He LOVES his camper though, that's for sure! But each 2 minute video is just with the camera just on him. haha

I admit the first one was just as you described, but cut him some slack...I think he said he is from South Mississippi... OK, OK anyway...here is a blogger that is mentioned in the TCT Mobile Scout wiki section...looks like she is really into them with personal input and additional suggested threads. Also at the very end of this blog there is a "older posts" thingy at the very bottom right corner. Click it for more info and earlier blogs. I think this will be more productive anyway. No offense taken on your comments...I have been known to "sample" a video or three that turn out to be way lame...didn't watch enough of them before my ADHD short circuited my focus... mobilescoutmadness.blogspot.com/

Theresa… My 1960 Mobile Scout: s1281.photobucket.com/user/sligobeach2/library/Toilet/Shower Room run along galley side of trailer. Main bunk runs lengthwise and pulls out. Standard front dinette. Dinette converts to bunk. Sleeps 3, maybe 4. Cabin length is 14'-8". 7' wide. Full length with tongue is about 16'. I think they called this the Mobile Scout 16 model.
