There are Scamps... and there are Scampers.... Which is it? Scampers are cab-over pick up campers. Scamps are fiberglass trailers. And I just found out that what I thought was a Deville turned out to be a Canadian built Scamp which is a stick and tin trailer. No fiberglass. Confused yet?

And to add to Mobil's post: My Scamper was a 69? stick and tin trailer...

Does your Skamper look anything like Cramalot Inn the 1987 Skamper on this SoTF page. If so maybe a Sister could contact her and ask her where her VIN is located. www.sistersonthefly.com/photo-gallery/preview/524?page=29or this one? goodoldrvs.ning.com/photo/albums/1973-skamper-camperI also turned up threads discussing Skamper pop-ups. One final comment. I thought I saw reference that Thor Industries starting their 2000T series Skampers starting in ..drum roll...the year 2000. Perhaps the 2000T designation was erroneously puton the Title by a confused DMV person when registering it along the way. I'm betting with some serious wire brushing of the tongue you will find the vin.
