HI! I'm of course new to this forum. My husband and I have been longing for a vintage fixer-upper and we just bought one. However, there was no title. We live in Hardin county Kentucky. Called DMV - KY requires title and registration. They said the person with name on title has to sign it. We bought it from a lady who said that the previous owner stated that registration was NOT required. Right . . so first task is finding the VIN. I believe I've got it down to a Prowler between 1968-1970. Does anyone know where on the trailer to find this ?? Much thanx and any other helpful info.

Welcome!
My vin was stamped in the metal about a foot back from the hitch on our Forester. It was buried under paint. Start there.
Show us a photo and maybe somebody will have the same camper with more info.
