I just looked at a 1955 Terra-Cruiser 8 feet by 33 feet. Has been mostly covered for some time. It will require that we remove the wood cover before it could be moved.
I have looked and can not find any information on this particular trailer.
It is in good shape. There is minor water damage around the front window.
Let's say it is in average to good shape:
Does anyone have any idea the value of this trailer as is. I know there is going to be a big difference depending on the overall condition but I am looking for a range of value.
My plan is to take the cover down, reassemble on my property and use for weekend getaway.
Thanks
Chris

Hi trihartsfield welcome to VTT! Is that in Hartsfield as in Hotlanta? I have run across a terra cruiser in the past, but cannot remember when or where. My suggestion to you is that rarity does not always directly correspond to increased value in a desirable pull behind weekend camper. It appears more like what would be referred to as a Park Model. If you are interested in making it a weekend retreat and it is cool in shape and interior and you are happy with it, then it is a win/win for you no matter what the market value. Of course we would love to see pics. I suggest that if you can buy the trailer for $2500 or less and the only real problem is the front window, you are getting great value for money. A 1955 camper is desirable in it's own right. Try and post pics and let the Members help you decide what a proper negotiable price might be. If this thread shows the camper you are interested in, I would say go for it and you will be happy you did...this 1955 Terra Cruiser is WAY COOL! mobilehomeliving.org/wp-content/uploads/1995.jpg
