I know you're out there I'm gonna go out on a limb here...I see lots of posts that say "my name is _________ and I've been reading the threads on this site but this is my first post", etc. They also say "this site is great; tons of info and everyone is so nice and helpful". I'd bet that our site administrator(s) see lots of IP addresses from folks who aren't registered users. I'm sure many get the info they want just by reading along. Others prefer to stay off of internet forums but some are just plain easy going people, not as outspoken as the rest of us. Shy How about a roll call here, even if this is your only post ever. Nope, you don't even have to own a trailer to chat and learn about these cools old wagons of the past. Come on out of the woodwork friends! Nobody bites here and the adminstrators and regulars put a lot of time and effort into making this one of the best vintage trailer forums on the planet. I "know" lotsa folks are getting a ton of information here and I think it'll do our tin house on wheel loving hearts good to know that there are folks out there in internet land getting something out of this fine forum....not just the regulars bellied up to the bar yakking away Come on in out of the cold with a brief intro. Welcome to our campfire!

There are a lot of lurkers or "guests" who visit here. I imagine most are looking for an answer to a specific question and find it. Some are probably return lurkers. There are a lot of people who take a lot of time to share info here. It's always nice when someone acknowledges the help they've received from our board and even nicer when they share their trailer experience with us. But it is an open forum, so anyone can take whatever they need, no strings attached, anonymously or with a big shout out.

Just my opinion but a lot of them are probably flippers looking for easy fixes. Something they won't find much of here really. They will find answers on some of the other forums though. I've turned down a lot of invitations to be on other forums. After reading through many posts I have found that the methods used and proliferated are just not my cup of tea and I hate arguing with people. It makes my fingers hurt.....
I get lots of emails from flippers looking for "easy" and "cheap" fixes. I answer them with the truth and never hear from them again.

They always want easy, fast, and cheap.
