Soo, as Mrs. RJ and I drive around the countryside we have our eyes peeled to the side of the road, beside carports, in fields, behind and in open barns, for the slightest glimpse of an old trailer. Call it trailer OCD if you'd like.. I blame it all on you VTT'ers
We saw this old boy sitting not too far off the road yesterday. Any idea what it may be?

I thought I'd saved an identified picture of a camper with that pattern on it's door, but can't find it. I'm stumped on the make. But I voted!

You are a scaredy cat stalker. Otherwise, you'd get us some better pics with some more identifying marks. OK, I'm j/k. I pulled up in a driveway of a trailer graveyard and got spooked by the "No Trespassing" and "Shoot to Kill" signs. I figured I should find the owner first before I ventured down the red dirt road that might lead to a 6 ft deep hole.

The thing is.. there is like one or two "older" guys on here (My son says your "older" if you are over 30"lol) ...who would win this contest every time. I am just along for the ride.. Canada has very few vintage trailers for sale in Manitoba where I live. I see them rotting in peoples yards, but they are never for sale, it took me ages to find the one I bought. and they are different brands than the USA. I guess I could photo a couple and stump all of my southern friends here. Note*** all tailors I photo will be covered in 2 feet of snow

Some of the properties we've spotted old trailers on surely have 400 lb Rottweiler's just lurking in the shadows waiting to pounce! I'll probably wait till I can either figure out the property owner(s) phone numbers, or, see somebody physically outside before I venture too close. Scaredy cat stalker? I resemble that remark, lol.

The front end has that Oasis look. But there were a few trailers that used that profile. Field & Stream, Aloha and Rainbow all used that front profile. Could be more...

If we could find that door pattern, we'd have the brand. I'm saying not an Oasis, but similar...

If you have the address go to the county courthouse and ask who owns the property. I have done it a couple of times. Heck in Stone County Ms., the courthouse rep looked the owner's phone number up and gave it to me. Should be public record. When I call, most of the time I get told "that camper will never be for sale", the owner is "going to restore it". So far all the ones I have called about are still sitting there, just more run down as time progresses. Sometimes I get cussed out in the process too, LOL.
