Does anyone know how to remove this? I already removed the four screws on the perimeter, but it still wouldn't come off. I am thinking the inside dial around the spout is threaded onto the pipe, but my crescent wrench will not fit around it. Thanks!

If you can get the outside piece off, the flange might come off. It is threaded and designed to attach a hose to drain the sink. If you have a large nut on the inside, a sink wrench (Lowes, HD) will work. Good Luck, never fun to be a pretzel inside a sink cabinet...

That nut on the outside just unscrews... Get a crescent wrench big enough to get around that nut.
