Got some pitted holes that was covered b y the caulking. Any fix? Or panel replacement?

Very good! I love the round window in the door and the lights on the rear. Me too… any trailer with a round porthole gets extra "class" points! Also the other windows are quite unique too. Looks like you're we'll underway with your restoration. What is the length of this rig? It's a nice spacious size for a single axle.

Got some pitted holes that was covered b y the caulking. Any fix? Or panel replacement? I'd try some gentle JB weld, sand and maybe Bondo. You can't make it worse... If you want to save the original aluminum grey, Geocel Gutter seal is one solution.

I was thinking a grey then spray that rubber seal on the back. Maybe well see.

Waterproofing tape works well on the back side. Available at HD. Very sticky and thicker than regular duct seal tape...
