1 Buy reed window blind material from Japanese dollar store in San Jose Ca. 2 Cut to width to fit window. 3 Buy small L hooks from home depot About 2" long with screw threads at long leg of L
4 Screw L hooks into the framing over the window through the paneling making sure to put them between the outside string line and the one next to it
5 Slide the reed blinds over the L hook as per picture leaving some hanging down in front
6 To lift blind just lift and hang on l hooks.

Nice, economical solution. Capnjohnny, your read blinds look good with your interior!
I used paper blinds in my teardrop for over a year. They are room darkening, pleated blinds that look decent and work well, easy to hang with self adhesive back, and are cheap!
