Larry... Do you put the wax on the window opening or on the bit?

I used a multi tool on our Shasta. It worked really well but it takes a steady hand.

Well mine is blue instead of red. But basically the same router and the same price. And it was made by Chicago Electric like this one. It leaves the shavings all over because they must go somewhere but at slow speeds they don't fly as far. Just a pile below your work. I really need to do an update video on using the variable speed router for metal. It works very well. On the Aljoa I used it to smooth out the metal siding all the way around both sides of the trailer where it meets up with the curbing. I replaced all the 3/16 thick paneling with 1/8 inch thick so there was a little excess metal sticking up all the way around. The router made quick work of it.

Larry... Do you put the wax on the window opening or on the bit? I was doing that when I was using a high speed router but now there is no need with the variable speed router.

This metal is white from the factory, cut right after the metal was installed. I would cut the windows and other openings before paint, just to keep scratches and "opps" at bay...
