I have no old propane lines to work with and will probably go with black pipe thought the frame and up into the floor with a valve for each appliance. Then to copper. What have you all used to secure the black pipe through the front frame? I ve got on on a pop up it tore apart but have been unable to get it off to see it. It secures through the frame wit a flare fitting to attach the supply line to from the regulator

I drill a hole in the front frame cross member. I use 3/8" black pipe under the trailer and bend it with an EMT foot tubing bender to closely follow the front of the trailer shape and bring it up to within a foot of the tank(s). Then I weld a flange to the black pipe so I can bolt it to the front cross member. The LPG regulators are 3/8" NPT. Not many place stock 3/8" black pipe any longer, or they charge a huge mark up. ACE Hardware will special order it in 10' lengths which are threaded on both ends. All you need to do is cut it to your desired length and they will thread the cut end for you for a nominal fee. It makes for a very clean mounting and you do not need to support the regulator if the pipe is securely mounted to the frame.
It should be understood that you need to have it threaded "before" you make your custom bends.

Got the fitting off the donor pop up, and this thing is gonna work great! Toooo simple Flare to the outside of the frame rail with a nut, nut on the inside of the frame rail, then 3/8" NPT female threads inside to the rear of the frame to run black pipe through the floor

if you use tape, make sure you use the yellow (gas) tape, the white teflon tape will not work.
