Flat-tire, pretty much any local RV shop with repair facilities can get that for you in 16' lengths and as mentioned above it is very easy to work, it's soft in fact just handling it, can bend it. I found a local RV parts supplier. A 16 foot section cost $48 plus tax. I then contacted RV Store Direct; $70 for 3 each at 14 feet includes shipping. I saved $82 smackers ordering online. www.rvstoredirect.com/

Not sure how well it will bend and the fact that it's only 14 feet long means that you could be short. For a 12 foot box it takes on 16 foot piece and an 8 foot piece for the street side. For the curb side it takes one 8 foot piece for the front, then an 8 foot piece of awning rail and then another 8 foot piece for the rear.

I too am curious, simply since I have ordered multiple items for my trailer and for work and been told by everyone that 12' is the max for UPS/Fedex without going common carrier freight.

Besides the UPS system will look at that eight foot long shipping tube, and think you dared them to BEND IT!

Actually it's 165" length and girth according to Ups.com www.ups.com/content/us/en/resources/prepare/oversize.html?srch_pos=1&srch_phr=Dim+weight&WT.mc_id=VAN700147

LOL, It's going to be exactly 82 1/2" long when it comes out of the Big Brown truck, with the BIG kink in the middle.
The RV direct site "even says" they cannot ship rails over eight feet.
The only reasonable way to source this stuff is to buy it locally. I have even made a removable support rack that attaches to my front bumper so I can pick it up in 16' lengths from the RV dealer, and transport it to my shop (a 90 mile round trip). You want to do everything possible to reduce the damage during the handling, and shipping because it's very soft.

What are the weight and size limits for shipping using UPS?
UPS has established specific weight and size limits for the packages that you send with all UPS services. The restrictions below only pertain to individual packages. There are no limits to the total weight of your shipment or the total number of packages in your shipment. Shipments larger than the limits listed below will require the use of our UPS Freight services.
Packages can be up to 150 lbs (70 kg). Packages can be up to 165 inches (419 cm) in length and girth combined. Packages can be up to 108 inches (270 cm) in length.
108 = 9 feet
The provider wants to cut the product into 4 foot sections. Great. Back to the drawing board.

No wonder why they were so cheap.

However the Shasta style drip edge shown here; www.rvstoredirect.com/standard-drip-rail-channel-replacement-part-4937156-mini-gutter-p-4320.htmlis 1 1/4" tall. That's a 1/2" wider in height than original and wouldn't be able to be used if trying to match up to butt fit against an original piece.

This stuff is made for newer coaches. Canned Hams have that radius in front and rear and only the old style J Rail will work. Ya the real stuff is expensive. That's because there is a limited marked for it as there is with everything we use on these old classics. This is why some people straighten the old stuff by hand. I've done it many times and it looks new when finished.
