I always get a kick out of vintage trailer cameos in movies and I stumbled on this one last night watching The Holdovers. It's a scene that was very common when I was younger. Holdovers Shasta by NEWIN62, on Flickr

Oh I love the idea. I've been trying to find a movie that was made in 60 or 61 maybe about I think an end of the world or ww3 or something that has I believe a Kenskill that the family bugs out in. There is a high speed chase with the trailer if I remember right. I may be confusing that with another movie.

They are on TV as well. I saw an episode of Hoarders with what I'm pretty sure is a 1957 Shasta 1500. Just a quick glimpse.

There were a lot of trailer scenes in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Brad Pitt was living with his dog in what I think was a Spartan. Once upon a time by NEWIN62, on Flickr And Leo Dicaprio had a lot scenes inside and out of the studio lot trailers. Once upon a time by NEWIN62, on Flickr

I just bought the DVD not too long ago

Panic at Zero Hour!
Classic. The camper is the hero ;-)
I also like "the Long, long trailer" staring Lucy

More a mobile home, and not the quaint campers most of us work with, but Kill Bill 2 was on again a couple nights back. This is Buck's trailer, nice setting, looks like lots of after market work, LOL! Bud's trailer from Kill Bill by Doug McClintock, on Flickr

Love it - if you drive the old mining roads around Joshua Tree/Yucca Valley/29 Palms and many more in the CA desert you will find quite a few like this. My buddy and I rounded a corner 35 years ago out there and a guy quickly walked out of the spitting image of this rig and was not a happy camper. I'll bet he had his shotgun within reach!
I'm guessing the Kill Bill crew didn't need to work too hard to find this gem.
