Fiberglass is not for me. I'd miss the amber woodwork and they seem like a humidity tank.

Although fiberglass isn’t my cup of tea, I think they do have a certain charm. I’m surprised the article didn’t mention the Canadian camper was manufactured for 25 years from the 1960s through the late 80s. . We saw several of them while on a trip through BC and Alberta. Its dimensions are almost the same as the Shasta Compact. I know I’m “a little” prejudiced, but after camping in Hamlet for nearly 14 years now, I still think that our slightly revised interior has given us more flexibility and utility than the later Compacts and most any of the 13 foot fiberglass ones.
