Looking to purchase this Spartan. Concerned about asbestos. Testing this week. But looks like the trailer had Linoleum not 9” tiles.

Hello and welcome!
I am no expert on this, but I want to comment. The floor in your Spartenette is most likely Marmoleum made with all natural materials. It's always been non toxic. However, the question becomes did the mastic used to adhere the Marmoleum to the floor contain asbestos.
If the floor is in good condition and shows no curling or cracking from water intrusion, the asbestos fibers, if any will be encapsulated and undisturbed.
How was the sample for the test taken?

The wood in the floor is mostly still in condition to walk on. Near the sidewalls it starting to rot. The trailer has been sitting on a lake lot unused for up to 20 years. So there is some water damage, but not as much as one would think. You can’t really see what the pattern is to “marmoleum” as it has faded and to some degree dried up and curled. I have power washed the outside including the windows with very little water getting in. The water damage to the inside is generally through the roof and doors. In particular the water cooler on top.
I’d be glad to post pics if I can figure out how. I’m brand new to this site.

I have ordered a test kit. To a large sample of the flooring, it was easy to break off. I also took some insulation from ceiling and placed both in zip locks.
