Got the 120v just about finished, well at least fully operational without any jumpers and wire nuts. I was going to clean up and improve the (what I assume to be the original) Hubbell shore power connection but decided to replace it with a Marinco SS version. I like the Idea of twist lock connections when hooked to shore power. This will be the third time that I am using one of the Marinco units on a trailer.
This gets me to start on the 12v system. I have decided to start on the exterior lighting part first before dealing with the inside. The old Bargman tail lights lenses had been replaced at some point in the past and a prior owner just used an oversized square lens over the old bases. The bases are beyond repair and I started looking at original style replacements. I couldn't find any that were LED and the cost of reproductions that are non LED seemed high. So I opted to go with 7" round Led lights. This helped in sealing the old mounting holes of the original lights and I only had to use Olympic rivets on the 4 holes that held the square lens on.
Now on to the running lights. Again, I found reproductions, this time with LED, stainless steel base. They are not cheap and I will probably use them when it comes time to polish the unit. 90% of the marker light lenses are original Bargman, they are extremely faded and weathered. I opted to give them a wet sanding and use a plastic polish to brighten them up some. The light sockets are rusted and weak some lights work intermittent do to the bad contact. All the gaskets for the lenses are shot. I have ordered some 3/4 LED bullet lights I plan to install under the lenses for now. This should bring me one step closer to get the unit inspected by DMV.
Looks like flickr.com is having a problem so pic's will come later

IMG_4426 by Felix Nicolini, on Flickr This is the only pic I currently have of the interior, carpet has been ripped up, underneath were the original tiles, 90% of them are gone as well. The thermostat mounted by paper towel roll holder was Installed with the AC, the outlet was added in the bottom drawer blank, I will probably leave both, they work, I will change the receptacle and cover to a different color something that blends better with the cabinets once the woodwork has been refinished. IMG_4425 by Felix Nicolini, on Flickr This is the correct Floor Plan, notice that the screen door is still a slider, from what I have read this changed to a swinging screen door during this model year of production. I am convinced that the interior front cap is original, my unit does not have the overhead storage over the dinette.
