I don't think this metal trim is available anymore. It looks like 3/4" insert rail. Nowadays, they sell 7/8" or 1" insert rail.
I would clean and remold your trim if you can find the vinyl insert narrow enough. Vintage Trailer Supply sells several blue vinyl widths but not 3/4. Ask for a sample?

Hi,
The vinyl insert material that slides into the aluminium trim and covers the screw heads can be searched also as "screw cover for RV".
In addition to contacting Vintage Trailer Supply for a sample as Vikx states is to go to an RV dealer if one is close by and see what they have on the shelf.
I don't have a suggestion for the aluminum trim itself.
