Hello everyone. My name is Daniel and I bought an overpriced water logged 1969 Aristocrat Land Commander! I am in the process of removing the skins! Any help locating the right threads for redoing Land Commander walls would be a great help! Thank you to everyone who contributes to this forum!

Welcome!
I've never worked on a Land Commander but hopefully somebody who has will chime in.

Thanks for buying my book, Daniel. I sent several links on my Land Commander photos via email. These are fun and fairly easy trailers to rebuild.

I don't know if this 70 degree H channel exists anywhere on the planet besides our Aritos! Anybody have a better remedy for connecting plywood together to get that angled wall? 20220805_145217 by Daniel Lane, on Flickr

When the split is over the door, I usually add a new piece of metal after cutting beyond the rip. Butyl tape seals the repair well. For very small rips, a piece of waterproofing tape can be put on the backside. The small one by the door can taped and the eyebrow will cover it.
You can attach the ceiling panels to your rafters, then cover the seam with trim sticks and decor washers and screws.

Also, what type of metal should I use for a repair of a crack? Thanks! I am going through your book and I am wondering if the Fantastic Fans you speak of are the Dometic brand?

A trim stick is often used for wooden screen doors. They are about 3/4" wide and 3/16 thick. Finish and use to cover seams inside. You can use wider sticks as well. Metal trim would work if you like the look. In all cases, you need a rafter at the seam and screws thru the trim into the rafter.
Fantastic Fans are my brand for vents. Look online for who makes them; Fantastic Fan was a company but may have been bought out. I do not like Maxx Air's installation. One friend had a lot of trouble getting a replacement part...
If you have to patch a crack, use aluminum. Use waterproofing sticky tape on the backside.
