I use regular framing lumber, don't know if it's spruce or not. I tried poplar for rafters but didn't really see the need.

Perfect thanks pal . I figured that much But wanted to ask . I’m gonna have questions for days I’m sure . And I appreciate you taking the time to answer my man. . For most things I can figure out and I will usually ask to confirm . I also started taking all the windows out yesterday and all my screw heads were completely rusted out . No possible way to use a screwdriver the way they were . I then tried drilling them out . Took way to long . Then remembered I had an easy out . Worked like crap aswell . Then I grabbed my little die grinder with a cutting wheel and just made a little slit in the screw heads and a flat head worked like a charm . Do you have another way .

And also I was reading yesterday on a thread on this site that talked about getting the furnace vent off . Mine has plenty of rust and I cannot get it out . I tried pulling it and even put a ratchet strap on the end and tried very gently to give it a pull but I felt like I was gonna break something lol . Do you spray anything in lubricant wise. WD 40 or anything ?

I just hooked the furnace vent to a post and kept ratcheting. Have a helper inside to see if anything looks like it's going to break. The other option (if you can get to it) is to cut the furnace exhaust in half inside the trailer...
I use my Milwaukee M12 rotary tool to slice the screw heads. Best way I've found. I also have a pair of Engineer pliers PZ 58, (like vampliers) but haven't liked them as well as slicing the heads. Works for me.
