Has anyone ever experienced this? I tore this front window down and cleaned her up. The window seals looked in good shape, saved by the rock guard I presume. I polished it all out and reassembled it. The left window will close down fine without the cams attached. I attached the outside left cam?.. It closes snug as a bug. I connect both cams and I have a 3/4 in gap in it in its' closed position. I have taken it apart and switched the left to right twice to no success. Is it so simple that I can't see it or what? I am going to do it all over again this weekend but thought I would put my stupidity out here for review.

Without having it in my hands to see and if you are using the original parts then I would guess that something is limiting the travel of the linkage. A longer pin or a bent place in the alum or a linkage part on upside down. with the linkage unfastened will the arm go all the way down. If not you may have that part assembled wrong. Hope this helps it is tough to answer without having it in hand.

I've had an upside down window panel hold me open by 1/4" before. Took several tear downs and rebuilds before I noticed what it was. The glass company had it in wrong so it took me a bit to figure out. Maybe what goes into the gears was off a bit before re-assembly?? Good luck, let us know how it goes. (and I can't get up) LMAO!

Maybe you've got the gear a tooth out of position? Does it even have a gear, I've never taken one apart...

Well, I thought about the gear gig too. The gear side works, the right has no gears or cogs. It’s got my mind in a pickle fellows.. I labeled the assembly and reassembled it the same way. The sliders, the window frames and flat bars move freely and shut tight without the cam attached. Something with that right cam. It almost like the frame is racked and pulled the retainer pin and cam out of pitch. I'll fire up the stove and try it again tomorrow. I can always turn the cam a little in the right direction but that will take a little machining.

Hmmm. Is the right cam "set to the same time" as the left cam, so to speak? If you sight along the axle that connects them, are they parallel? If those two bottom pics of the left and right cam were taken without moving the handle between shots, the right one looks like it's rotated down farther than the left, which would make it bottom out before the left one (is "down" "closed"?), unless it's an optical delusion on my part... Did you remove the cams from the axle when you took it apart, and perhaps not line them up quite right when you put them back together?
If that's all good, can you see any difference between the non-working right cam on the left window and its opposite number, the left cam on the right window?

With the Window linkage unfastened crank the arms all the way down and see if they are both moving to the exact same position, if not take apart and properly reassemble.

Well fellows, turns out the cam are a little opposite in pitch. I pull the left side and flipped the shaft from left to right and it work.( I thought I did that before, guess not) The lower window was a little tight in the mount though and I had to do a little cutting.. like 1/16 of an inch.. Don't know why, that should have not been the case. It looked to be a little fat from the factory when compared to the other window frames... I went ahead and placed it back in the trailer and run a couple of screws to hold her in. I'm not ready to tape it out and install it complete. I need a another hand to install it right and its a little COOL here this week. Thanks for the feed back guys and just so ya know. The cams are a little off set.. on this one anyway.
