I'm in the process of trying to re-insulate our ice box. There's one more screw holding the ice box in that I can't get at unless I remove the stove. Now the problem is trying to remove the stove. I've searched on here for tips and came across the Shasta Stove Removal thread. It helped a little... I've got screws out of the bottom and top, but there are some in the top back that I can't find or get at. When I lift up on the stove it tilts as if hinged on the top back. My fear is that the stove was installed before the skin went up and the fasteners are inaccessible... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There should have been 4 screws under the burner top. They screw sideways into the counter top. Are those removed? Is the gas line disconnected?
If the screws are out, could it be wedged in? Do you have any photos?

I need to read the sticky on how to post pics...
I've removed the burners, disconnected the gas, removed screws from the bottom, but there are no more visible screws. The trim is attached to the stove. When I lift up on it, it rocks up but is still attached in the back some how. There's a vent in the back behind the burners but I can't figure out how to open the vent to access what's underneath...

There should be 4 screws under the stove top. They are near the top and screw sideways into the counter. I've never found a stove without out at least two of these screws...
