You might try Gutter Seal on the window welds. Sometimes that will help.

I will try the gutter seal. I know this was an issue in the original design because the rear wood on this thing was completely rotted and replaced during my rebuild. I also ended up replacing a good portion of the plywood floor in the back. Had to be this window that was the main culprit.
