It might make sense to add this info to the Welcome email.
"If you have trouble viewing photos, try adding this add-on to your browser..."

No way they won't find a way to block it, but it's cool while it lasts.

Oh darn, it says I need to download firefox to get the add on. When I did have firefox, it got so it would bog down My computer as bad as IE and photobucket. I tried it later with the same results. I`m now running Lunascape and it just flows real nice on this tired old muscheeen. LOL

Use Chrome for your browser, then you can add the chrome fix...
I also think P***bucket is up to NO GOOD. They have sent emails almost everyday to get me to upgrade my account. So not gonna happen. Still, this is similar to the tactics they used before blocking our photos. Multiple emails and then a loooooong one with little tiny print at the end saying they would no longer do 3rd party hosting.
There's also a Google app to download entire albums from p***bucket. If you can, download now before they delete accounts, albums, etc.

I do have another computer in the house, I am hardly ever on that one as all My work is in the garage. That computer is Win. 10 and I`m not particularly fond of that OS too. I did see a refurbished computer on Tiger Direct that runs Win. 7, that`d be a bit more to My liking but that OS too will be on its way out before very long.

Marty, you can get a Chromebook at Best buy this Black Friday for $100. Runs chrome OS which is basically a browser as an OS. Would be a fine garage computer and can run all the chrome extensions like this one.

LOL Try the chrome browser with Vista, it might be just fine... I`ll give that a try when I get some free time, been busy helping the interior decorator stain and clear coat miles of oak trim for a bank building project so I have not had much time to even hang out much in the forums i`m a member of. We should be finished with it all by the end of next week.

I stopped going to photobucket several years ago it is loaded with so many advertisements I can not see my photos. Last night I leaned how to deal with it, go to photobucket while it loads go doing something else, eat dinner come back 15 minutes later. Pics load big do not click to open any pics, click to get the option to save it pops up on screen, save pics to computer 1 by 1 now all my pics are on my computer. I uploaded all the pics to Facebook problem solved.
