Not sure the early ones were, but I think Coleman bought them out in about '70 or '71. The stove is still about the same with or without the "Coleman" logo. I have this nagging memory of finding a manual of the older Holidays somewhere...but it is not going to come to me till about 3 AM.....

If the pilot stays lit but the oven burner won't light, it could be a clogged gas inlet to the oven burner. There should be a tiny orifice at the end of the gas line where it enters the burner, that unscrews, and you can blow it out with air. Or VERY GENTLY poke it with a wire that's smaller than the hole, but it's easy to bugger up a brass orifice with hard steel wire if you're not careful, and that will alter the amount of gas coming out and affect the temperature and flame pattern. Also check the holes in the burner, they can get clogged too. Does it have a thermocouple that the pilot flame envelops? They look like this: www.suremarine.com/images/stove-repair/safety-pilot2.jpgThey're a safety device that prevents gas from being released by the valve into the burner when there's no pilot flame to ignite it (dunno if your oven has one, the linked manual doesn't have a parts drawing). If the pilot flame doesn't touch it because it's been bent out of the way, or it fails, the gas valve won't open. That happened with my water heater, a thermocouple from a hot dog cart fixed it.
