I'm starting this thread so we can get all our products in one place. As the thread evolves, I will edit and delete as necessary. Feel free to post products or supplies here (not lumber or plywood) so that we have them in one place.
Here are 3 sealants that we use sparingly.
Geocel Instant Gutter Seal, aluminum colored:
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/53634851@N03/34866449224/in/dateposted-public/" title="Gutter and Seams (4)"><img src="https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4288/34866449224_07c7b13450.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="Gutter and Seams (4)"></a><script async src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
See how it matches the trim?
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/53634851@N03/34866449174/in/dateposted-public/" title="Gutter and Seams (5)"><img src="https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4256/34866449174_3705becd18.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="Gutter and Seams (5)"></a><script async src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Here is OSI gutter Seal, super clear: (Lowes)
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/53634851@N03/35668125906/in/dateposted-public/" title="Gutter and Seams (3)"><img src="https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4212/35668125906_c1c28e3274.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="Gutter and Seams (3)"></a><script async src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Permanent Seam Sealer can come in handy because of the narrow spout:
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/53634851@N03/35668126076/in/dateposted-public/" title="Gutter and Seams (1)"><img src="https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4237/35668126076_37449e4938.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="Gutter and Seams (1)"></a><script async src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Also very clear.
Anyone else?

I used a lot of weatherproofing tape on the back of any skin holes and seams. I even put it on the outside of bare aluminum skin and it nearly disappears after rubbing it in. I plan on using dicor on my roof seams since one seems quite loose and also around my vent putty and screws.

Dicor is actually used for roof protrusions rather than seams. It is great for around the vent and plumbing/fridge vents. Removable with some elbow grease.
A better product for seams is Proflex PAINT ON sealant:
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/53634851@N03/34866447004/in/dateposted-public/" title="Proflex in the CAN"><img src="https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4055/34866447004_eed761317c.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="Proflex in the CAN"></a><script async src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Clean the seams very well and any other "iffy" spots. Paint 2 to 3 coats over a couple of days. Proflex is self leveling and will stick to anything but silicone. It isn't pretty, so keep it on top and invisible. Once it cures, you've got a good seal and can paint over it. I use Rusto gloss white rolled on the roof. Rolling puts the paint on thicker and works well on embossed or patterned roofing.

Henry's Damp Proofer is no longer available at Home Depot. We are now using Gardener Gibson Black Fence Paint from Tractor Supply. "Black Beauty". About $15 a gallon.

Thanks LadyW! Wish I could find amber... I just added one. I don't know how well it would work, as it looks more yellow to me, but it claims it's for tail lights. If the light is already amber, it would likely freshen it a bit.

I've got next week off to begin repairing my 1957 Santa Fe. I'm surprised to not see butyl tape listed on products and supplies. Am I just looking in the wrong place?

All of us use butyl tape and/or RV butyl putty tape...I have a list in my book but thought it was here as well. Anyone find it?
I usually use 1/8 x 3/4 RV putty tape on windows. edge trim (J rail) seals better with 1"+ width. There's a little more waste but it seals the "undergap" if that makes sense. That's not the top, but underneath. Once the screws are tightened, the putty should ooze out the top and under.
Tacky Tape is a pure butyl product sold at roofing companies. I get 1/2 x 1/16 rolls and use it on close fit flanges. (cargo door trim and other items that need to fit fairly flush) Also, if your trailer has a pattern in the skin, be sure to add extra putty in the dips as you install inlets and lights.
I use pure butyl tape in areas I suspect might be prone to leaking. It's very sticky but also seals without drying out. For instance, my Shasta has L trim rather than J rail. It wraps over butted metal. I sealed all the divots and flaws with OSI Gutter Seal. Once the gutter seal was dry, I installed the L trim with pure butyl on both "legs".
NOTE: pure butyl is best used sparingly. It will continue to ooze in very hot weather and can actually slip out of gaps. It's good stuff, but a person needs to choose between the two putty types. RV "butyl" putty also seals well and stays put better than pure butyl...
RV butyl putty tape is not butyl but they call it that. It is grey to white and comes with crinkly white paper. This is commonly sold at RV shops. It is used on windows, doors and attachments where metal meets metal.
Pure butyl tape is usually grey and comes with slick brown paper. It is VERY sticky and is used for areas that may be prone to leaking, such as a narrow cargo door flange or butted metal L trim.

I've been using Rain X Exterior Detailer and Water Repellent in the blue spray bottle. I even keep it and clean soft rags in the truck while camping so I can do quick clean ups from tree or bird debris. Found at WalMart. Rain X currently has a rebate on this and other Rain X products purchased at Walmart- May 1-June 30th. www.itwgbpromotions.com/Poquito

I've got next week off to begin repairing my 1957 Santa Fe. I'm surprised to not see butyl tape listed on products and supplies. Am I just looking in the wrong place? OK... PUTTY TAPE... Vintage Trailer Shop (now Vintage Trailer Gaskets) is now selling PUTTY TAPE in 3 sizes. One inch wide by 1/8 inch, 3/4 inches wide by 1/8 inch and Half Inch Wide by 1/16 inch for the fold over if you wish to do that. Robert sent me sample rolls of all if it and it is the Right Stuff.... Putty Tape.... Gray. With white crinkle paper. They are also selling two sizes of glazing tape for solid windows. The sticky black tape. 3/8 x 1/16 and 1/2 by 1/16. Vintage Trailer Shop has changed their name to Vintage Trailer Gaskets... So they now have a new web address. I guess too many people were confusing VTshop with VTsupply. http://www.vintagetrailergaskets.com The old address still works and re-directs you to the new one.

Where would I find the Proflex Paint? And would you say a quart or a gallon would be needed to do a 15' long trailer roof?

Proflex SEALANT is only used on seams and flaws on the roof. It is not a coating. It is a self leveling sealant which really helps with gaps but is not a cure all. 1 quart will do a whole roof; seams and flaws only. We never coat roofs completely. Do not try to substitute products, even if the brand name is "Proflex". I use ProFlex clear brushable sealant. They are currently (2020) making it with fibers, but I like the original. www.geocelusa.com/product/pro-flex-rv-multi-purpose-brushable-repair-coating/
