So I was planning on going with a smaller Dometic fridge (Americana RM2351 2-Way) and suddenly this pops on my radar. It works on propane/120V/12V, the largest size is 2.1 cubic feet and it doesn't come with a freezer but could fit my needs. I wanted to see if anyone has heard of/used these before dismissing it as a cheap product from China. www.amazon.com/Compact-Truck-Refrigerator-Thermostat-Cu-ft/dp/B01MTT49Y1

Have not heard of it, but it would be tempting to find a truckers forum and ask them if they have.

I tried the link, it didn't go anywhere. How much $ was it? If it is over $500 I'd really reconsider and go with either Dometec or Norcold with a freezer. Parts are easy to get. I recently posted that we freeze plastic fruit juice containers full of water to use in coolers while traveling, like a block of ice. Propane reefers are very efficient and can run while on the road (except in tunnels and on ferries). Expensive, but worth it if you are camping often.

Google SMAD refrigerator... they seem to all be 12v/110. I agree with Turbodaddy, Dometic or Norcold gas/electric. No real need for 12 volt cooling. Some need 12 volts to power a circuit board. I would go with very simple and no frills. Propane will run a fridge for a couple weeks.
