Well, I am back and getting on the HOT this weekend. This is the way I think it is supposed to be. After reading everyones text and looking at the pictures.. I don't feel stupid just a little timid.. :|Am I on the right page.. does it need tweaking? When I first got in this thing I did find that the hot wire going into the bottom of the 15 amp breaker. The connector and screw in the breaker was rusty and nasty looking. That is what was probably caused the ARC and flip off. If I cannot fish the 10/2 into and down the wall I might set a new load station up in the lower power chord bay and just connect via a 15 amp breaker to this upper load station the way it sets right now. The run two receptacles at floor level through the cabinetry and wire up my 20 amps down low .

I think you're on the right track. Install a J box for the "cluster" to make it easy to hook up inside the box.
Also, you're idea of putting the main service box below and using the upper for just the 15 amp original circuit makes sense to me. Be sure to ground each to the frame securely.
Commons and Grounds are always isolated in an RV trailer.

Thanks Vikx, Yes the cluster has a "J" box, I removed it sorting out the wires. I think that I will set up a new system in lower area-well. There is amble room and the wires’ path will be clear and accessible. I think that little "sparked" end was from a poor connection. I have new breaker to replace the old one now. Thanks for reviewing my idea and giving me feedback.

Well, I found the culprit to my "sparking"...Looks like the original. I've replaced it with a new breaker and everything works fine. I went ahead and picked up the gear for my mew project though. I have everything but the 30 amp extension chord, plug and couple of other things. Set me back about $60.. Ouch! I am going to install it down in the area well though and run up to the top panel via the existing setup. I am going to create two plug-ins, one fore and one aft for the 20 amp fuse. I'll post more as I complete.. Thanks you for your input
