I see in the rules that after 2 days we are not aloud to edit our thread. I need to edit the $price of the trailer in vintagetrailertalk.freeforums.net/board/21/trailers-sale-trade"1957 silver Streak - 28 $3,000.00" . The price has come down to "$2,000.00" and I would like to add that it is "negotiable". I can not imagine why, however, I am sure you all have reasons for restricting the edit. Maybe you would share your reasoning? It seems that the For Sale section would be the exception to the rule. Frequently things change, like price and adding or deleting photos, Verbiage, etc. I hope you see the advantage of having an unrestricted edit for the thread starter, at least in the for sale section. I appreciate this forum and will abide by all of its rules. Thank you for your help.

Simply add a post reducing the price in the same thread.
The two day rule is to retain our archives. We've had some great threads deleted in the past and wish to keep all the great info.
Anybody who wants to edit their post(s) may contact either vikx or NomadicMe. We'll be more than happy to assist you.
Please note: we usually do not delete threads.

why not just delete the old thread and then post a new one with the crorrect info? Because after the same amount of time you can't delete them either... LOL
