Hi Friends, We inherited a house. It's been a treasure trove... of sorts. Some stuff has been treasures, and others not. My latest find was in a cargo trailer that had been sitting for as long as I have been married. 18 years I think. At any rate, I found these along with the tool box that they are pictured on. Can I use these clamps for any part of my trailer restoration projects? If so, how? I also found a table saw yesterday buried under a vintage radial arm saw - one of three. I just thought it was a steel table. A few tweaks and the kinked belt loosened up, and we had a working table saw. Cheers, Rod

Pipe clamps always find a use. You might need to hold a door or cabinet framing together while you screw and glue. You can use it for clamping wall framing. Every once in a while, something just needs a little extra persuasion to get square. You can usually use them on any length of appropriate diameter pipe, so you can clamp very long things. Let's see the other tools...Maybe you got some good, classic stuff!

One can Never have too many clamps. With those pipe clamps, you can buy shorter pipe nipples down at the hardware store and use the clamp parts for shorter clamps too, when needed. If they are old and crusty, clean the threads up with a little WD40. I often call a clamp "cheap help" as it can hold something in place while you use your hands for the chore at hand.

Those are Bar Clamps and I use them for making screen doors and larger cabinets and stuff. Funny all the other uses you can find for a tool other than what it was intended for. Turn them around and they will spread something apart just as well...

Nice find(s). The clamps are a must for any shop. You will see over the years. The cargo trailer will come in handy.

Hi Rod, Wow! Nice inheritance! Looks like you also scored a nice mattress for one of your trailers. LOL
