Well, now that we're back from our two-week maiden "flyte" with Daisy Mae, I'm starting to think about winter projects! She has curtains - of sorts - but they aren't original, and aren't really sized right; plus, they weren't all there. Does anyone have specs on sizes for a '58-'63 canned-ham-style Airflyte? I've got some great vintage-style material that I don't want to screw up by cutting it wrong, we bought it a year ago and it's no longer available. Any help would be much appreciated!

I just bought a '59 Shasta Airflyte 16 and need to make curtains. Could you share the dimensions with me, as well, smccusk?

Sorry for the delay in this information. When I purchased our 1963 Shasta it came with the original curtains (kind of ratty). I saved them to use as a template for the curtains that my wife made. There were a total of 14 curtains in three different sizes. The eight that covered the front and front/side windows were all the same size at 23”H x 33”W. The two kitchen window curtains were 29”H x 18”w. The remaining four curtains that covered the rear windows were 18’H x 31”W.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for the info. Would you be able to post a photo of the original curtains? I'm particularly interested in how they are constructed at the top -- are they simply a folded placket that the rod runs through or something more elaborate? Is the original hardware the white metal rods? Thanks again!
