Hey Super owners/workers just wondering if you guys can give me a clue about the vin location on your trailers? I am getting close to being able to drive mine to the DMV to get plates. I have the title and have looked on the tongue multiple times for the vin but have not found it as of yet. mobiltec christina011090 Monabones

You may have to take a wire brush or paint remover in order to see the vin# stamped into the tongue.

Be careful with the wire cup. Try stripping first, some of the numbers are pretty faint.
That being said, we had a heck of a time changing the VIN (state patrol OK'd) on one; it just would NOT grind off. LOL.

I found the stamp! You are not kidding about the thin stamps, I ended up just going out there with some steel wool and looking for anything that looked remotely like a number. My trailer does not have a lip on the inside like the diagram Ten posted, but the stamp was close to the actual trailer on the door side. So many little things to remember to do while restoring a trailer, glad to check this one off the list!
