Sounds like Ross is the expert here- I have what I think is a 1971 Shasta SC16, which came with paperwork. The VIN I have on the hitch is V30757. Any info or confirmation of this? I restored her and camping it regularly! Thanks for any info! Appreciate it! TJ

I'm no help with the VIN, but it sure looks like a 16SC to me, and a real nice looker at that.

Hey TJ,
Your Shasta 16SC (second generation) was produced in 1970 (probably mid year) in Goshen, Indiana. If you have a title and it states that it is a 1971 Shasta, just means that it wasn't sold until 1971.
Hope this helps. Ross

Excellent! Thanks for the great news! I figured there wasn't much difference between years, but good to know.
