SusieQ I really like that one too, it just looks so small in the photo, so I wasnt sure if it was the right size, I guess Its time to measure. Also would the garden hose size make my drain run slow??

No, the garden hose size is fine for sink water. That is the size I have on mine. But from the looks of that nice capped one, you're going to need something to adapt the large end of your pipe to the small hole to prevent leaking or maybe just an adequate gasket would suffice. And you might run into a problem with how far your pipe sticks out.

I usually drain mine straight down and out the bottom. Still has a male hose connection to use a tank or campground drain. This config eliminates frozen traps and promotes fast drainage. Also easier to clean. And the biggie: no drain streak down the side of the trailer...

This is exactly what I'm thinking of doing.... just straight down from the sink drain, through the floor, then maybe narrowing down at some point to be able to put a hose on the end for the purpose of directing where it flows, or for putting it into a portable grey water tank. Do you put a shut-off anywhere on your drain assembly?
