Has anyone looked into the new angled windows offered by Vintage Trailer Supply? They're the ones used on the re-issued Shastas (which makes me a little nervous), but supposedly don't leak. It sounds like they don't fit exactly, but does that mean a new skin in that area would be needed?

I wouldn't buy the new ones for an original Shasta. They don't fit exactly and will probably leak. Of course, new information might prove me wrong.
Anyone done this??

Just so you know... VTS originally announced that they would be selling the interior electric (fake) gas lamps that were installed in the new retro models. But they were failing at such an alarming rate that they discontinued selling them almost immediately. I wonder if these windows will end up with the same problems? Seems that not only did Coachmen do a really bad job of building these trailers, the parts they had made for them sucked big time also. I would not recommend using any of them.

Well Drat, I bought one of the fake gas lights. It really looks nice; what could go wrong with a light?? It's a socket, a bulb and a switch...
I noticed they were no longer available, but didn't know why.
