Doesn't appear these will work with Dremel brand tools (which. of course. Is what I own). Just put out 20-30 something bucks earlier this year for 3 blades. Le sigh. I didn't know Dremel made a tool like the Multi-Tool... Did you also know Dremel (and Rotozip) were owned by Bosch? I think Fein actually invented the multi-tool, and it was used for years for stuff like safely removing plaster casts until their patent expired, now everyone makes one. I don't have much use for one at this stage in my project, but everyone talks them up so much, I'll probably pick up the HF corded model next time I'm there...do you recommend the higher power models, or is their cheap one good enough?

I still have the first cheap model from HF that I bought. I bought a second one so I don't have to change blades as often. Many times I need the half round cutter and then need the plunge cutter right afterwards or something like that. So I bought another one. As long as you use it properly and change blades the way I mentioned above the cheapo model is just fine.

Just have to chime in here, multi-tools can come in really handy in gardening! trimming tree roots during extraction....like butter!
