I have a Porter Cable multi-tool, similar to the Cadillac of Multi's, the Fein Multimaster. This tool uses multiple attachments for cutting wood, wood/metal, metal, power scraper, or a triangular sanding attachment. The cutting blades are offset allowing flush cutting along a wall or the floor with a blade less than 1/16".

Horbor Freight has them for $19.99! Mine works great and at $19.99 you can say no to the extra for return coverage. Just buy a second one for back up or different attachment. Just sayin. Less money for tools, more money for camper!

Multi-tools are awesome. I got the Fein before any of the others were available. It's still going strong!

The ones from Harbor Freight will last a very long time. The mistake that people make is not using a crecent wrench on the shaft with them when changing blades. You put too much torque on the parts that make it vibrate and it breaks. So use the wrench on the shaft along with the allen tool when you change blades.
Used mine again today and will be using it tomorrow. Got to use my Pocket Hole Jig today as well. I love this stuff.
