We saw it and I LOVE it! Everything about it. Making plans to come back to pickup. The ONE thing that has us worried is that there is no title. Only a bill of sale. We won't be going back until next week sometime so we're going to be finding out how hard itll be to obtain one. She could definitely be our baby!

Ha! I know what you mean about three hours in a car with two boy toddlers! I'm happy I'm not the only one who gets to go through that!
Looks really cute, I hope your search is over.
We had no title and used a registration office that serves as the middle man for everything...you may try calling triple A or find out if you have a local registration services office. You can ask them questions about difficulty.
I will bet you money registration and obtaining a title is easier and cheaper in your state.
Whatever the case, if it is a problem, you can ask the seller to work with you on price per your research and estimated costs. If it's $100, ask for $75 break on the price.

I am VERY hesitant on this trailer. No title is a huge red flag and it clearly has a LOT of water damage. It's nice looking but is not a fix it and use it camper. This one needs almost a full build IMNO....

I too can see a lot of water damage just from the few pictures...bring an ice pick back with you if you are decided and see if you can poke around the corners and underneath. You may not want to buy it if you find a lot of soft wood.

We checked all that. No soft wood. The one concern I have is in the closet. We plan to do another inspection before heading home but I'm pretty decided. Here is a picture my husband took of electric stuff (he's an electrician so that's always a big concern for him) in the closet. You can see some discoloration in the wood. Mold?

Yes, mold. It's not ventilated I. There and when the trailer leaks it stays humid and molds. My j rails leak enough to get the wood wet and because it isn't ventilated in the ceiling, I found mold up there. I am re sealing everything before further leaks ruin everything. I am going to spray it with bleach and stuff before I replace the panel...then when I rebuild it in two years I will replace all that wood. Probably doesn't smell great in there. Put a bucket of marine dehumidifier in there when you aren't using it and it will leach out all the humidity, and they have scented too. Keep a tarp or park it where it won't get wet until you reseal it.
