nccamper your linen photos look much better than mountains, which brand are yours? I like them, just wish they had more of a retro color selection. They all came from Formica. |

Wilsonart samples came today. Good turnaround too. Not as vibrant as I was hoping but that could be because they only send out matte versions and not glossy. I'm ordering more from Wilsonart since I see they have more patterns that are interesting.

Got my samples from Wilsonart on Saturday and of course every member of the family has a different favorite. Waiting for new patterns that are supposed to be announced tomorrow, 1/19. Who knows, maybe there will a clear winner there.  |

Let's see these samples mountainsounds and mtucson I have seen one of the lab designs counters in a camper last year and it looked really great, I have never seen a shiny finish like that, but I liked it. |

I received yet another Wilsonart package...I have one that I like online and in person, it's called Midway. I can imagine this in the Starfire but once the rain stops I can untarp and have a look at all these sample in situ. Photos hence forthcoming.

Like the new Wilsonart colors, they did good. Will put a post-it on my calendar to order a sample or two on February 1st. Leaning toward the grey one, I think.

I received the Formica samples today. I don't like the linen pattern in person, it looks like a photo and it's nothing like the original linen formica in our ham. I like the red bubbles and the dog bone patterns. It will be interesting to compare the Wilsonart linen-like pattern to the Formica one, side by side. They haven't arrived yet.  The original looks like a mix of colors rather than a photo transfer:  We're doing Dog Bone in ours. We love it. |
