Any ideas for mounting or carrying a spare tire? Don't think my trailer ever had one but really don't like traveling without one. Just curious about thoughts on where to mount or carry. Two propane tanks on the tongue doesn't leave much room for a tongue mount and underneath makes for pretty low ground clearance.

Hi Iceman,
I'm moving this to our undercarriage section so you'll hopefully get more replies...

Thanks edog, I don't have a rear bumper but wonder if that might work on the tongue.

Anyone ever carry or have to use a compact donut spare for their vintage?

The compact donuts are what I use. Take up less space and work for a few miles to get into town.... Perfect for my trailers.

Great! Thanks Vikx! I'll try to hunt down a wheel with a bolt pattern that will work. I think the wheel on the trailer is a 14" Ford so it may be a challenge.

That would be 5 on 4 1/2...
