Ross should be able to help you with this. Do you happen to know the model?

I would be happy to help you, but your vin# is missing the prefix letter....?24191 and as Theresa mentioned, do you know what model you have? If not, can you measure the body (front to back) and the overall length (tongue to bumper)? These measurements will help with determining what you may have.
Thanks.

I have sanded the VIN plate to shiny metal. No letter preceding the VIN #.
The size is 16 feet from tongue to bumper. Came with the wings
I will try to upload a picture of the VIN plate.
Thanks

If there is a small green metal plate beside the entry door, it will state where your Shasta was manufactured. This will help.

Believe the "Moon" photo to be a mid-60's 1500. The "spear stripe" was used from early '65 till sometime in early '68.

If your Shasta was born in California, there should be another vin# stamped plate on the tongue.

OK I found a plate on the back of the trailer. Does this mean it is a 1966?

Based on the info on the DOH tag, your Shasta's vin# reads: ?S24191-??3928
Usually, the ?'s would have letters. In North Ridge, California, the first prefix letters were either D, DS, ES, FS, GS, HS or HT. The second set of ??'s would have been either FA or PA.
Now, all this being said, I believe your Shasta's vin# to read: GS24191 . If a title is or were available, this is how it would or have probably read. In 1965, based on the vin#s that I have collected from North Ridge, the last set of letters & numbers were really being hard to locate.
Would love to see some pictures of your Shasta and maybe we can help determine the model that you have.
Hope this info helps.

Had the orange stripe before I replaced the lower panel. It has wings just currently off.
