It looks to me like Luther's walls sit on top of the finished floor. I've never had to deal with that type of build before so I can't offer much in this area other than the fact that it looks to me like the walls would have to be lifted to replace the floor properly. Most trailers have the floor installed between the wall framing so the box can stay on the trailer during most floor replacement.

Sorry, no pix. It didn't need much height. I did the front half first. Raised the tongue jack, screwed in an couple of 2x4s . Ran a sawzall through the nails and such. Lowered the jack far enough to clean out all the debris and shoved in the pre-cut 3/4" floor section. Finally raised the jack back up and removed the 2x4s. My floor was previously particle board that dissolved to dust. Did the rear half similarly. Then just dropped in the chunk between the wheel wells. Finally through bolted with 3/8" carriage bolts through everything and tons of deck screws.
