I couldn't figure out what the oddly shaped piece of wood in my trailer was for, but I kept it as it was so strangely shaped I knew it had to be SOMETHING, not just a piece of wood. I just saw a photo on the Internet describing it as a Shasta ironing board. Is there a specific place it is supposed to go in my Astrodome, or were they just put in a closet and then placed on a bed or counter to use? It's shaped where I think it is supposed to be hung on a wall?
(It has no padding or anything, I'm thinking of making it up into a usable mini ironing board.)

This is where our ironing board goes, in the back wall of the closet: But I'm thinking it a mini bar...

Mine is in the same spot and then it goes where the cutting board is when in use ( I think)

Yes, you remove the cutting board and insert the ironing board, like this:

Ah,yes, wonderful, thanks you guys. I don't think I would have figured that out by myself. I mean, it took me two weeks to figure out it was an ironing board! But I think I would have eventually come to the conclusion that it was a mini bar on my own.
I do a hand craft that is made a million times easier by ironing freezer paper onto the felt I use before I cut it. I didn't want you to think I was actually going to iron my clothes.

I think you use flat irons heated on the stove and then press down on the clothes... not that my T shirts need to be ironed. Bah.

Why would someone do that? What did their clothes ever do to them?
