Hi - Can I ask where you found these smaller black and white tiles? Were they an easy install? Do you perhaps recall the brand? Thanks very much!

thanks - how did you cut all those - I guess they are thin enough to use a utility knife and metal ruler? Were yours the peel and stick or trowel on this adhesive kind?

thanks - um...how did you cut all those? and did you use a trowel on adhesive? did you have to weight them down while they cured? These aren't my photos; I was just throwing a guess out there. If you do a search for VCT, you'll come up with tons of posts on how to install. Basically, you determine how you are going to cut them, or if you are, (some folks go with 9" x 9" which was the original size, and some 6" x 6"). Some of the methods are with a table saw, or scoring with a knife and snapping them. There are a few different brands of VCT tiles, as well as different brands of adhesive. Some adhesives you apply and let it sit 6 hours, some much longer. Follow all directions on the package. And, as usual Larry (mobiltec) has a video on how to install VCT tiles. SaveSave

Thanks Theresa! Yes , there is a lot to choose from, and it's amazing how many have great ratings as well as terrible ratings all for the very same tiles! I'll check out the video...

I went with Gray Sunbrella for the piping, box, and back of the cushions to save money and I did one side of all the cushions in a Sunbrella gray texture, a really nice fabric that has a tiny bit of white in the weave to make it pop. I had them done by a professional-- should be done in two more weeks! The sunbrella is scrubbable (even with a bleach mixture) and non-fading.
My floor is a gray/white/brown wood grain waterproof locking vinyl tile.
This way I can change my Interior theme on a whim. I have finished my elephant curtains, and I will soon start my vintage curtains and then my vintage christmas curtains. I cannot sew, but I can sew a straight line to make curtains!! My colors will come from bedding, pillows, curtains and accessories.

I am not painting my interior this year. I replaced my front and back wall and it does not match perfect, but I did just find a stain that matches pretty well. I am going to try to fix the cabinets with stain this year, if not next year will paint. I found some great wood that Home Depot cut to size for me to redo the inside of my door (in one piece- it had been 3 pieces) turned out great. I might use that same wood to cover over the closet, and the kitchenette. In the end though, I might end up having to paint. I'm not opposed to paint, the campers look so bright and cheery and fresh! I just find the wood usually easier to upkeep and it tends to hide the dirt and dings better. Please post pics of your camper!! I want to see your paint and cushions! These are my fabrics. My appliances are aqua and I wanted something that would complement them!

The grey with flowers is for curtains, the navy with flowers is for curtain tie-backs and/or trim and the Navy is denim for the cushions.
I will be painting the interior a sandy beige color. I know... I know, the dreaded interior paint but I did not replace all of the paneling and the new does not match the old. I will also be reinstalling the original cabinets so my interior will look mish mash if I don't paint. I have taken many pictures to prove my work on the frame and structural pieces if anyone were ever to question the interior paint.
I will definitely be sewing the curtains but I'm still debating on the cushion covers. I've sewn quite a bit but never cushion covers so I'm a little apprehensive about them.

jazw33 I only got one coat of KILZ on the walls before winter. Our garage is not insulated so even a fire in the woodstove for three days wasn't enough to beat North Idaho temps. I was able to get the curtains done over the winter, I ended up using the navy fabric for a faux valance at the top of the curtain, they turned out great. I just need to get some pictures taken and posted. Temps are rising and this week I was able to get a couple things done like cleaning and painting the cupboard and drawer hardware. I will post pics as I get more done over the Spring.
