Hi! I just joined this forum and am so thankful for all of the wonderful posts. We just bought this trailer and really didn't understand what we were getting into! But we are excited nonetheless... It is a really cute trailer with a good, solid frame, but some very bad wood root and water damage. And the underlayment has totally pulled away (although the floor and joists and subfloor seem to be in good condition?). And gooey, rubbery stuff over all of the seams, which I have no idea what to do with... This is the interior This is the exterior We really have no idea what it is. The title says 1963 Osag. But I can't find any information on that at all. We are doing more demolition on Friday. Hopefully I will know more what is needed then. Until then, thanks for all of your posts!

That is one sweet looking find! Don't worry about not knowing what you are doing...you are in great company here. We're all in the same boat!

except most of us don't have carpet on the ceiling. Yes but the ceiling tiles on the floor compliment the carpet on the ceiling very well... Hi Elizibeth. Glad to see you made it here. Welcome to the wonderful world of vintage trailers where every day is a new project. Pick your priorities and take care of them one at a time and you will end up with a fun trailer to camp in. Along the way the project will be fun as well.
