Yikes picked up a few more. Now at 11 lanterns. Hope my wife doesn't walk in the barn soon. Maybe I can hide them in my 64 Beeline. She doesn't go in there yet lol

You have a '64 Beeline!? JimD you have been holding out on us...pics please! Got a pic of a '63 Beeline that is a pretty sleek unpainted design, is yours like that or one of the cute painted models? Glad to see you are scoring more lanterns! I think it is a way cool collectible. You appear to be in a good area for them turning up. On the Mississippi Gulf Coast we don't part with anything that could provide light without electricity after a Hurricane.

Not too many beelines out there so I will do a full frame up on her starting spring 2015. Here is a link to a crapload of pics on my photobucket. I love the tourquoise appliances. Can't wait to it to look like it did 50 years ago !! <div style="width:480px;text-align:right;"><embed width="480" height="360" src="http://pic2.pbsrc.com/flash/rss_slideshow.swf" flashvars="rssFeed=http://feed1257.photobucket.com/albums/ii506/jdhiker/64%20Beeline%20Wasp/feed.rss" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" /><a href="javascript:void(0);" target="_blank"><img src="http://pic.photobucket.com/share/icons/embed/btn_geturs.gif" style="border:none;" /></a><a href="http://s1257.photobucket.com/albums/ii506/jdhiker/64%20Beeline%20Wasp" target="_blank"><img src="http://pic.photobucket.com/share/icons/embed/btn_viewall.gif" style="border:none;" alt="jdhiker's64 Beeline Wasp album on Photobucket" /></a></div>

Bruce I was there in Biloxi for Camille.... Me, too. And Fredrick and Elana and Katrina. And lost everything in Georges (which most people don't remember).

I was not there for either Camille or Katrina. Was at work off-shore Yemen when Katrina hit, but was able to talk by international WATTS line with my wife for the first half of the storm before the telephone was knocked out. The tidal surge/flooding stopped two houses south of our house. My wife was also there for Camille. We sold a little bungalow 6 weeks before Katrina a block and a half from the beach in Long Beach Ms. It was destroyed. Luckily the new owners had not moved in yet.

ive become obsessed with the coleman bug. i recently aquired a 3 burner 426c stove i think its a 1961 model. a aluminum fold up stand, a coleman camp oven, and im in the process of rebuilding a 110a from 1959 that came with my garage when i moved in. i also have my uncles lantern from 1967 in the plastic clamshell case. i also just found two heaters at the st agustine flea market.
