Hi,
Im new to this Forum and new to vintage trailers. I have acquired what I believe to be a 1964 Go-Lite travel trailer and am attempting to restore it. My question is where can I find info on these? I have been searching the web and have found very little on the Go-Lites and was wondering if anyone here can help.

Thank you for the links. I will post some pics when I get back to my shop tomorrow. Is this a rare trailer? I can find all kinds of Scotty and Shasta trailers on the web but this one seems to be hard to find. I find it odd.

Scotty and Shasta were the lower priced trailers back in a day so many more of them were sold. Plus they both were marketed well.

I Had a few minutes yesterday to put some stripper on the layers of paint. As the latex came off I discovered that the original colors appear to be seafoam green and white. Has anyone seen one of these in that color? Im still trying to date this trailer.

Vin number is on the tongue and also on a little plate, lower left of the door.

I have searched the tongue after stripping the many layers of paint off. There is a spot where someone has welded on the side of the tongue half way between the hitch and frame. On what would be passenger side I guess. I haven't seen a plate next to the door. Is the plate metal or a sticker?
