Well I am surprised the pic didn't show up on the avatar....And I have no pics hosted anywhere to link to. This forum apparently does not allows pics just uploaded from my desktop...But as far as more info, here goes:
White with red bottom latex house paint paint job. Yuck. Horrible. They painted the stainless chrome for **** sake. Seems to tow fine. Picked her up in CO Springs and I live up in a Denver suburb. Supposedly was owned by a lady in Grand Junction CO for 15 years, then sold to a couple in CO springs with 4 kids that definitely didn't have the time for it.
Bronze color stove/oven. Ice box. no potty. cushions old and tired, need reupholstered etc. the big seats are almost like car seats with springs so will have to get them professionally done. Interior has plenty of wood water damage. No clue on the rot yet and almost don't want to know. At this point I just want to make it safe and clean. But then I saw the "Worst Experience Ever" thread here. Figure I am going to have to take a closer look. Problem is I don't have a garage big enough and to do it on the side of my house runs the wrath of my HOA. They are pretty lax, but still could be an issue.....
If members here want to recommend resources for birch, upholstery or anything in the Denver area, please do.

KC, Glad you picked it up... now the fun begins. Great talking to ya and your Pop sounds real excited. You need anything, feel free to give me a call. By the way if you need cushions i may have a hookup on them. You will have to do the upholstery your self if you want to save a few dollars. If not i have a good source... let me know and once again welcome to the money pit... LOL!

Welcoem kc! Neat trailer.
Our photos have to come from a hosting site, as Proboards charges quite a fee per month for uploaded photos. We lost all of our photos during an upgrade about a year ago, so are much more comfortable linking Photobucket or the like.
Thanks for joining.

Nice rounded cupboard corners, original stove and icebox, most stuff still there. Looks like a great starting place. Congrats!

UPDATE: With some help from Citristrip from Home Depot - $20 per 1/2 gallon, I think we used 6 of them. Side yard of my suburban house, with sheets of painter plastic on the ground all around for cleanup. Took awhile! About 4 half day sessions over two weekends. Probable lead paint. I hear the self etching primer for aluminum is expensive....wondering how much I really need to get off as there are still some flakes and spots of residue etc. Need to research. Paint will be tough to decide how much to invest. The skin is pretty beat up, so an expensive job is probably a waste, but I don't want a 20 footer either. We'll see. I have a painter friend, if he helps I should be able to do it for under a grand....
We tow a lot of snowcats around here at work and have a good relationship with a local place in Castle Rock CO, Foxridge Trailers so I took her there today at lunch to get the underside checked out. I am no mechanic or welder enough that I trust myself with the frame. Hopefully they can fix the bent bumper, correct a piece of angle iron, get a new tongue jack put on. I am guessing the axle from 1959 is worth replacing with a new one and new leaf springs so that will probably be done as well.
Biggest PIA is putting on the cover by yourself. She leaks a lot, especially since so much of t he putty came out while scraping, so the cover is necessary as we get rain it seems every afternoon this time of year.
While at the trailer place pulled some drawers and pull knobs etc so I can do some refinishing and polishing. Also took off the screen door so I can rebuild that.
And of course I broke a piece of window glass last night being an idiot and trying to kill a wasp that wanted to sting me. SMASH. OOPS. %$#$#&#!!!!
And pics:

WOW! You are fortunate. I have not had any success with that orange stripper. I don,t know if it's the stripper or the paint that is the problem. I have had better success with the Strip-eze that comes with the little spray bottle. You,re making great progress!
