Come on in and have a beer, just move over that stack of aluminum windows would you please? Oh, and, don't mind all the rotted wood on the patio, I'm saving that...what is that? oh that's just a bucket of twisty nails and rusty screws, just put that aside next to the pieces of cabinets that I'm using as templates. When will it be done? oh, uh, well you see, uh,...let me get you another beer!Poquito I love this! This is an exact description of my entire garage and half of the basement.

John, I'm an English teacher entering a year of middle school "integrated arts." The children will be asked to pursue topics of inquiry and I'm joining in. I want to learn all I can about buying, possibly restoring, and camping with a small vintage trailer. I will keep reading this thread as I move ahead with my students. My first big question: Can you steer me to a thread that will help me to discover the make and model of my parents' trailer? I have a few poor photos from 1972 and 1973 and I recall the floor plan, but I have been unable to find a site or thread that helps in this way. Thanks so much.

You can post some photos in the Vintage Owner Talk thread and a VIN would be helpful as well.

hmmm. Just broke all these rules. I'll let you all know how it turns out! Maybe if I average the price and condition of this one with the first one I bought they will both be a good deal!

Your warning comes to me too late! I'm hooked and can't stop until I find one. Unfortunately my dad taught me to be handy, have a wood shop, know all about the mechanicals, etc. and the killer.....I've been watching this guy named Larry the Mobiltec. And I own two labs. So I'm a gonner. Wish me luck.

Will let you know if we hear of a cure. Not that anyone is looking for it.
