Between trips to the lake I spent most of July doing the kind of work that doesn't really need photos: cleaning up and fixing windows and re-installing them, stripping old paint off the j-rails and re-installing them. Although I found original factory paint on the j-rails I decided not to re-paint them for a couple of reasons: 1. I really like the look of the unpainted trim, and 2. we're not planning on selling the trailer at any time so when the putty needs to be re-done I don't want to ever have to go through the process of trying to remove painted-over screws again! Also during the month, my electrician son-in-law made the time to come out and hook up the electrical panel and outlets for me. We decided to wire in the rv hook-up cord since the outlet conveniently enters the trailer in the space under one of the dinette seats. I now have all brand new fixtures and outlets on 30amp service. I was hoping to have the trailer usable (not finished!) by the first weekend in August so a big push was on toward the end of the month. My daughter came out to help by putting down the new VCT flooring. I got a good deal on them at our local ReStore last fall. I reframed the side cabinet for a larger electric fridge. And I removed the gaucho and framed in a permanent double/full sized bed and added a real mattress. I also hooked up the new tow wiring, had the bearings re-packed, the tires checked, and bought a new spare. I'll post some more photos later of some of my 'fixes' and more of the interior work as it happens. There's still quite a bit to do but we can and did use her as the work continues. Here's one more photo of how she looked parked in the driveway of our cabin. All systems worked and she survived a 120 mile round-trip with ease.

I've just been looking through photos I've posted so far and have realized that I don't have much showing the interior layout. Here's a couple of 'before' photos that show the original interior and layout:
