I bought an old trailer in the spring with the intention of restoring it. I found a camper on Craigslist listed as a 1969 Phoenix. I went and looked AT&T and ended up buying. I just recently read a post about needing a title if you want to register it. I went in to the SOS to find out what I needed. Like other posts, I had to take all that I had on the trailer in with me. I had the bill of sale and trailer plate from the camper. They gave me a yellow sheet of paper to fill out and I was told to get it weighed. I then came back with the weight slip and the other items I had. They then checked to see if the trailer was previously titled. The s/n showed up in the system and the camper was actually a 1965 Phoenix. They then did a check in the system to see if it was stolen. After the 2 checks and several trips back to the SOS, I was finally able to get a title for the traler. So now I can continue with the restoration!!

Basically if you have any information, old plate, registration, if the trailer was titled in the previous owners name etc. It's not too much trouble. My case was the extreme, I had nothing. Congrats to all!
